Hay i just found the GB ladder for HomeFront, i would love to be on the roster if yall would have me... & i think we need to set a time & date for 16 members to get on HomeFront for the trophy "Full Boat" (Enter a Public Match in a 16 Man Party), please get me back on both.

Ok, so i am definitely one of the guys who says "Bah Humbug" to trophies. The difference between trophies and prestige in cod is that im gonna play cod...and it dosnt cost any money to get the next prestige. To earn alot of trophies, i may be forced to play thru a game i have no interest in, AND i would need to buy alot of games to seriously compete.

So i may not participate in this challenge, BUT....

I think its a GREAT idea for those who are interested, and i WILL be making trophey awards, and possibly a page on the website for people to report their own trophies (cuz it would take hours for me to look at everyones myself). The contest should last 3-6-12 months (ill have to think about that), with awards given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, along with ribbons to the top 10% of all those who participated (or something like that).

All in all i love the idea and i will be setting something up soon, but i probably wont be participating.

I have officially issued a challenge to Clan 9mm for TROPHIES. I currently have over 200 (including only one Platinum for GODFATHER 2). I know some members may not feel compelled to acquire the Trophies, but it is a good clean fun challenge to those interested. I would like to implement a reward system of sorts for taking the lead in Trophy numbers as well as Trophy Level and Platinum Trophies. I think maybe an icon beside your name in the roster just like for other tasks (donating, member of HOME or whatever). If you have any ideas, let me or DJ know. We could have a Tally at the end of every 3 months, 6 months or year, whatever.

I know some of you say "Bah, trophies aint shit", but let me ask you this: Who amongst you, that do not care about trophies, has prestiged in Call of Duty? I see it as the same thing....just another "bragging rights" kind of thing, some trophies are REALLY difficult to get and I personally feel a sense of accomplishment when I achieve a trophy. I can almost promise you that once you get your first Platinum, you WILL want another!

Sweet Idea about x-fire.....i might sign up for it and check it out. I got a cpl of suggestions: 1. Maybe we can get a bit more communication. Lets start talking about whats up with the members outside of COD4 and other games. Like recently, Dox has been working on his site and i have to admit, its coming out great. http://www.thebattleox.com/site/Welcome. Thats a great example of what a member is doing outside of the Ps3 world. lol. 2. Maybe we can get some stuff goin on in Real life. Like In Nyc, i know of a place in Manhattan that hosts 2 Cod4 Nights. I want to get a small group and maybe test ourselves there. Tourneys like that across the US will be good and will help push our clan name around by word of mouth. 3. If enough people join GB, Perhaps we can continue with Collector's plan. Just need to get the news out of match dates and times. 4. According to i believe Crass...maybe it was another member, we could get together in small groups and work on perfecting techniques for certain game modes a.k.a. S&D. That way we can have certain members or groups in mind for clan matches in specific Game Modes. Well, Thats all for Today, and keep the Hope alive!!! Socom 9/08 *hopefully*

Yes!!!!!!, this is a good idea.......im not the best at S&D......but if u need someone to be the meat shield in any game.....im there....... but seriously.....im no leader......but i'd love to help on improving everyone's game.........especially mine

This is an idea that we have thought of before..ill make sure to bring it up to the senior members to see if we want to try to impliment it. Its important to know tho that not everyone wants the responsibility of being in charge of a squad of men.

ok this is not counting the Unregistered 9mm Clan members... but right know there are 20 (Front Line Infantry) and 5 (Elite).. now why don't we have 5 different Company (military unit) and have one elite be in commend ..then what we could do is have little battles, grow as a group find and fix the weak points of a person, teach new things and so on...if we get more ppl to get register to the web we could even have squads !!!!
i now that they are battalions in a company but we are not that big to do that ...maybe later?????

Skrull mention this yesterday and I feel it's a good idea, why don't you put together some info on how it worked and we will use some of that info to create our own ranking system.

It is very cool to use army slang. Were still deciding how to do handle things but it sounds like thats a good idea. I just mentioned it to the higher ups and we might adopt that technique. When we implement the ranking system, well have a detailed, lengthy description on how it works, how to rank up and how you could lose rank.

ok so in a clan that i was in (ps2) the way they stared the CoC was that every one was a pvt.... then you could challenge other ppl but not the BC or the XO.... just an idea.

ps.is it ok if i use army slang?????
