If you took it and used it on your site WITHOUT my permission, thats stealing. Obviously SOMEONE did it or it wouldn't be there, would it? SOMEONE googled "Clan 9mm" and looked at the image results, saw my artwork that was used for www.top100clans.com and thought "hey thats pretty cool. Im too lazy to make my own, so ill just right-click, and save this picture, upload it to imageshack.com without changing the file name (cuz again, im lazy), and then I'll use it as my forums header to be as cool as this guy is!"

Using someones artwork without express permission is stealing, whether you think so or not.

Ill educate you on the premise of intellectual property.

If I prove to your host that I am the artist for that work (which I can easily prove), and say I did not give permission for you to use it, and you refused to remove it...they would take it down for me, or take your forums away.

I was remove you banner, did i was tell that is not your art, idk were second admin find that banner, i was remove that, becus you tell that is your art, but for good sake what you what more ???????

i don't have a problem. Thank you for removing it. I just want you to understand WHY it pissed me off, and that I actually had legal recourse so that you or someone else in your clan doesn't make a similar mistake.
